3. Pricing and Payment

5. Personalized, Engraved, and Made-to-Order Products
Some DESORIA products are created specifically after an order is placed.
You are responsible for reviewing any personalization, names, dates, spelling, images, selections, or other customer-provided information before submitting your order.
Once a personalized, engraved, custom, or made-to-order product has entered production, we may be unable to modify or cancel it.

6. Shipping and Delivery
Processing and delivery times are estimates rather than guarantees.
Shipping times may be affected by production schedules, fulfillment locations, carriers, weather, customs, holidays, high-volume periods, and circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Because we use multiple fulfillment partners, products from a single order may arrive in separate shipments.
